HTMLArea在线开源编辑器终结版免费下载
在线开源HTML编辑器Htmlarea不再更新了，终结版本是3.0！
今天找HTML在线编辑器，想下载HTMLArea，到它官方网站（htmlarea.com）却发现已经没有演示和下载链接，而且页面都是其他在线编辑器的链接，打开论坛时也发现已经不可用了。
失望ing，然后只能再搜索，然后找出了一个页面，可以下载，但也看到了声明——不再更新（No longer maintained），作者表示代码已经比较老了，而且很大（huge），好像提到不能再使用HtmlArea这个名字了。下面是英文的声明：
HTMLArea, the Web-based editor Best and open-source
HTMLArea is a free, customizable online editor. It works inside your browser. It uses a non-standard feature implemented in Internet Explorer 5.5 or better for Windows and Mozilla 1.3 or better (any platform), therefore it will only work in one of these browsers.
No longer maintained
With regrets, we have to inform you that we no longer actively maintain HTMLArea*. We're sorry to say this, because HTMLArea was once The Web-Based Editor, but we have a few good reasons to drop it: [1] the code is really old—I improved my coding style a lot in the past few years, [2] it is huge, [3] it no longer generates revenue but [4] generates a lot of support requests, [5] we can't use the name any longer (as requested by InteractiveTools).
By popular demand I release here my last code: HTMLArea-3.0-last-20071025.zip (250K). I checked it and it still runs quite well. This version is used in our forums if you chose to post with the HTML editor.

就是最后版本是3.0，截止到2007年10月25日。作者表示经大众的要求，发布了3.0版本。表示还仔细检查了代码，还运行得很好（还挺负责任的）！
